Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment – You will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment – A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-shows or same-day cancellations – No refunds will be issued.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge.
